Jacob, our youngest grandchild, is 5 years old. He lives in Florida with his parents and two older brothers, Jeffrey and Rocliffe. Jacob and his family flew in to spend Thanksgiving with us. First thing this morning, I accidentally broke our kitchen faucet. It snapped off in my hand while I was filling the Mr. Coffee carafe, and a geyser of water blasted across the kitchen and into the pantry, as if my Tupperware and dry goods were on fire. That was really something to see. I was still sleepy, and my reflexes a little slow in responding. I still don't know the full extent of the soggification of my Cheerios and baking soda. more »
